Unless otherwise stated, VSI Digitech Pvt. Ltd. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material in the PractE application and on https://practe.in/. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from PractE

- Redistribute content from PractE
Use of the Application
Subject to these terms, the Company grants You a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable licence to use the Application for personal, non-commercial English-practice purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, nor to use it in any way that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the sessions of other users.
Acceptable Use and Conduct
PractE is a community where people practise speaking. When You take part in live group discussions or sessions with Ava, You agree to be respectful and that You will not:
- Harass, threaten, demean, or discriminate against other participants, or use hate speech;
- Share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, indecent, or that invades another person's privacy;
- Record, transcribe, or redistribute another participant's voice or contributions outside the Service;
- Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- Use the Service to solicit, advertise, or promote commercial or unlawful activity.
To keep discussions welcoming, the Service uses moderation. We reserve the right to monitor activity and to remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
User Content
Parts of the Service may allow You to post or exchange opinions and information. The Company does not filter, edit, or review such content prior to its presence on the Service. Views expressed are those of the person who posts them and do not reflect the views of the Company, its agents, and/or affiliates. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for user content or for any liability, damages, or expenses caused as a result of its use or appearance on the Service.

In-App Purchases and Credits
PractE is free to download, and some features use in-app credits. Credits and any other in-app purchases are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to those stores' terms in addition to these terms. Unless required by applicable law or the relevant store's policy, credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Prices and the features that require credits may change from time to time.
AI Features and Ava
Ava is an automated, AI-powered conversation partner provided to help You practise speaking. Ava and other AI features are provided "as is" for practice and general guidance only. Their responses and any speaking insights may contain errors and do not constitute professional, educational, legal, medical, or other advice. You should not rely on them as a substitute for professional judgment.
Hyperlinking to our Content
The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval: government agencies; search engines; news organizations; online directory distributors; and system-wide accredited businesses. These organizations may link to our home page, to publications, or to other Website information so long as the link: is not in any way deceptive; does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and fits within the context of the linking party's site.
No use of VSI Digitech Pvt. Ltd.'s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.
iFrames
Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.
