To initiate a refund,
please send an email to info@practe.in with the subject
line "Refund Request"

- Contact number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Attach any relevant photos or documentation supporting your refund request if applicable.
Refund Eligibility
Our refund policy lasts 3 days from the date of purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a refund.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
- If your refund is approved, we will provide you further instructions.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.
